General terms and conditions of sale

Service:

2-hour coral reef restoration activity supervised by a certified guide.
Briefing on coral and its ecosystem.
Harvesting of coral fragments.
Creation of coral cuttings.
Transplantation of coral cuttings.
Guided tour of the lagoon.

Cost of the activity:

The price including tax is 8,000 XPF per adult and 4,000 XPF per child.

Booking details:

For hotel guests, booking is available at the activities desk.
External customers can book directly on the website helloreeftahiti.com

Payment Terms:

Payment can be made online on our website via the Payzen platform for customers who are not staying at partner hotels. For hotel guests, the cost of the activity will be added to the bill during check-out.

For schools, travel agencies, or group bookings, billing will be based on the service provided.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

The full amount for the service will be charged if the cancellation occurs the day before the activity (D-1). For cancellations made prior to this, a full refund will be issued. This policy also applies to rescheduling.
